We at Dinner-and-a-Movie.com believe that people should be able to get great food along with DVD movies delivered to their front doors. Our mission is to support existing businesses by forming partnerships which get products delivered to the homes of local customers. We strive to make customer service a number one priority while we give you a break from the normal hustle and bustle of life.

Dinner-and-a-Movie.com knows how precious time is, and we want to help you spend your quality time with friends and family, not using it to drive around to several different places after a hard day's work. To make your life even easier, our DVD rentals are delivered in self-addressed, postage-paid mailers that you just drop in a mailbox to get the movie back to us. So order online or give us a call whenever you're hungry and have the urge to just kick back and enjoy dinner and a movie. We're here for you whenever you want to "go out without going out." :)

Our Team

Shannon Brown
President

Mrs. Brown is a 1999 Magna Cum Laude Graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, and has proven herself as a leader in a variety of situations. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and is currently a bilingual Kindergarten teacher in Pflugerville ISD (while somehow finding time for dinner-and-a-movie.com) Shannon found success in sales and marketing before deciding her time was better spent educating tomorrow's youth and assisting Mr. Brown with the formation of the company.

Rocky Brown
Vice President

Mr. Brown is a 1999 graduate of the Univeristy of Texas at Austin, holding a B.S in Radio-Television-Film and an M.B.A from Baker College. After years of IT work and toughing it out through layoff after layoff, Rocky decided enough was enough. Dinner-and-a-Movie.com is the brainchild of Rocky, and his love for movies and food is only surpassed by his desire to get them into the homes of hungry, entertainment-craving consumers. Rocky says, "In this day and age, there's no reason people shouldn't have quick and easy access to literally hundreds of food and movie options for home delivery. There's also no reason that local restaurants shouldn't have a piece of the delivery "pie" that has been overwhelmingly dominated by pizza chains. We're all tired of the same old delivery and we think it's time for more options and more convenience."

Wes Stephens
IT Guru

Wesley Stephens (Wes) is the IT guru of the group. You name the programming language, he's written something in it. Thanks to Wes' somewhat pro bono work on this site, Dinner-and-a-Movie.com opened it's doors just in time for our Sept. 30th 2004 launch date. As a dedicated participant in the success of Dinner-and-a-Movie.com, Wes is ridiculously underpaid while somehow finding the time between his wife and four young children to help us out. Wes will be spearheading the backend coding efforts of our website redesign taking place over the next several months (maybe he'll get paid more this time :)

Andres Caicedo
Graphic Designer / User Interface

Andres is one masterful graphic designer. He has over 12 years of experience in graphic design for some top notch companies in the US and South America. His portfolio is extensive and impressive, parts of which can be viewed at http://mitopilis.com. Andres is helping with the redesign of this site which should be completed by the end of 2005.
